We’re tickled neon pink to announce that the Licensing team’s PAC-MAN Shine On campaign has chomped the gong for Best Global Key Art - Gaming at 2024’s Global Entertainment Awards!

And three is the magic number - because alongside PAC-MAN, two more Fluid projects progressed from the Regionals to the Global finals: the Digital team’s Final Fantasy VII campaign (nominated for Best Online Ad, client Square Enix), and the Motion team’s trailer for The Witcher Season 3 (nominated for Best Teaser Trailer Streaming Service, client Netflix).

Huge congratulations to the teams for their brilliant work - here’s a quick look at all three campaigns.

Pacman - Global winner for Best Key Art

Part of a wider Style Guide produced for client Bandai Namco, our bold, bright key art celebrates 2023 - the year PAC-MAN went neon! Building on the signature glow, palette and heritage of the iconic 80s arcade character, our creative was so well received it featured in awesome activations throughout 2023’s marketing campaign - from drone shows across the New York skyline, to socials, consumer products and beyond. Shine On!

Final Fantasy VII ad campaign - Regional nominee for Best Online Campaign

An epic story, stunning visuals and new battle systems - hype for Final Fantasy VII was off the charts. Progressing from Regionals to the Global finals, our Final Fantasy VII online campaign for Square Enix used a bold, clean approach for a sleek and stylised campaign, which allowed for multiple executions tailored to each marketing beat. In addition to core visuals, our punchy strapline - Unlock True Power - neatly reflects the game’s central messaging with an inspiring call to arms.

The Witcher Series 3 teaser - Regional nominee for Best Teaser

Global Finalist in Best Teaser - Streaming category, our trailer for The Witcher Season 3 for long time client Netflix uses the visceral nature of fire to represent war - the map, burning in reverse, teases viewers by revealing glimpses of new locations, interwoven with creative promising a season filled with action, drama and emotion. Netflix were thrilled with the result - and our nomination for the Global Entertainment Awards is the icing on the Henry Cavill shaped cake!
